Terms and Conditions

A booking is confirmed only after your token payment is successfully processed via Razorpay. Seats are allocated strictly on a first-paid basis. Submitting an enquiry or filling out the booking form does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

After your token is paid you will receive a confirmation email. Your full seat allocation will be verified by our team within 24 hours.

The token amount secures your seat(s) for the trip. It is a partial payment that will be adjusted against the total trip cost. The remaining balance must be paid by the due date communicated at the time of booking.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the communicated deadline may result in forfeiture of your token and release of your seat(s).

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the trip departure may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to vendor commitments incurred at the time of cancellation.

Cancellations within 30 days of departure are generally non-refundable as commitments to accommodation, transport, and activity vendors are typically locked by this point.

In the event that Exoamb Travels cancels a trip due to insufficient registrations, force majeure, or safety concerns, all participants will receive a full refund or be offered the option to transfer to another departure.

Exact refund percentages and timelines are communicated in writing at the time of booking for each specific trip.

You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport and all required visas for the countries visited. Exoamb Travels does not provide visa assistance and is not liable for entry refusals.

You are responsible for obtaining adequate travel and medical insurance before departure. We strongly recommend insurance covering trip cancellation, medical evacuation, and personal liability.

Travelers must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility requirements that may affect their participation. Withholding material information that impacts safety may result in removal from the trip without refund.

All travelers are expected to treat fellow travelers, hosts, guides, and local communities with respect. Behavior that endangers or disturbs others, or that violates local laws, may result in removal from the trip at the traveler's own expense and without refund.

Exoamb Travels reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries due to weather, safety, operational requirements, or other circumstances outside our control. No compensation is due for changes made for safety reasons.

Exoamb Travels acts as a trip organizer and does not own or operate the vehicles, accommodations, or activity providers used on any given trip. Our liability for any loss, damage, or personal injury is limited to direct damages arising from our own negligence.

We are not liable for losses arising from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government travel advisories, pandemics, or civil unrest.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page. For bookings already confirmed, the terms in effect at the time of payment apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
