Ask us on WhatsAppTo secure your seat, you pay a token amount (a partial advance). The remaining balance is due before departure. The token amount is shown clearly on every trip page before you pay.
Token amounts are non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by us. In that case, you receive a full refund. For traveler-initiated cancellations, please refer to our Terms & Conditions for the applicable policy.
The full remaining balance is typically due 21–30 days before departure. We will message you with the exact due date and payment link once you have secured your seat.
We currently support token + final balance in two payments. Flexible instalment plans are available on request for trips above Rs. 75,000 — reach out to us directly.
We use Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and major wallets. All payments are secured and you receive a payment receipt via email.
We keep groups between 10 and 16 travelers. This size creates real chemistry without losing the personal experience. You will know everyone by name within the first day.
Absolutely — most of our travelers join solo. Groups are intentionally small and host-led, so you are never left to figure things out alone. Many solo travelers end up traveling with us again.
Inclusions vary per trip and are listed in detail on each trip page. Typically: accommodation, internal transfers, some meals, and guided experiences. Flights and personal expenses are usually excluded.
International flights, travel insurance, visa fees, personal shopping, and meals/drinks not on the itinerary are typically not included. The exclusions list on each trip page is exhaustive.
Our trips are rated easy-to-moderate. You should be comfortable walking 5–8 km per day on varied terrain. Trips with specific fitness requirements are noted in the itinerary.
A detailed packing list is shared in the traveler group after you book. Generally: light layers, comfortable walking shoes, a day bag, and any destination-specific items (e.g. modest clothing for cultural sites in Central Asia).
Token amounts are non-refundable. If you cancel 30+ days before departure, the remaining balance (if paid) is refunded minus processing fees. Cancellations within 30 days of departure are non-refundable. Full policy is in our Terms & Conditions.
In the rare case we cancel a trip (e.g. safety concerns, insufficient bookings), all payments including the token are refunded in full within 7 business days.
Yes, seat transfers to another traveler are allowed up to 14 days before departure. Contact us with the new traveler's details and we will sort it out.
We strongly recommend it. Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and lost luggage is advisable for all international trips. We can suggest providers if needed.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and destination. We share detailed visa guidance in the traveler group after booking. Indian passport holders get visa-on-arrival or e-visa for most of our current destinations.
Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group for your departure. This is where we share updates, packing lists, itinerary changes, and you can connect with fellow travelers beforehand.
