Exoamb Travels (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
When you enquire about or book a trip, we collect your full name, email address, and phone number. For token payments, we also collect the details of each traveler in your booking (name, age, gender, and any special requirements you choose to provide).
Payment transactions are handled entirely by Razorpay — we do not store card numbers or banking credentials on our servers.
We use your contact details to confirm your booking, send trip updates, respond to enquiries, and provide on-trip support. Traveler details are used solely for itinerary planning and operator coordination (e.g., room assignments, activity registrations).
With your consent, we may send you information about future trips or promotions. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us directly.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your information only where necessary to deliver your trip — for example, with local ground operators, accommodation partners, or government bodies (e.g., for visa or entry requirements).
Our technology service providers (including Razorpay, MongoDB, and Sanity) may process your data under their own privacy policies and data-processing agreements.
Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled cloud infrastructure. We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
Access to booking data is restricted to authorised operations staff only. We retain booking records for a minimum of 3 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete your data where legally permissible.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below. We will respond within 30 days.
Our website uses minimal cookies — primarily for analytics and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to browse the site.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
Reach out to our team and we will respond within two business days.
